We spend 30 minutes on a call where I ask about your operation: your licence type, your tech stack, how you collect and store customer data, and whether you've had any prior privacy review. You ask me anything you want about how I work and what an engagement looks like.

By the end of the call, one of two things happens: I tell you which service fits your situation, or I tell you that you don't need one yet. If we're a good fit, I send you a scoped proposal within 24 hours.

Proposal, agreement, and intake — 2 business days.

The proposal specifies exactly what the assessment covers, what you'll receive, the timeline, and the fixed fee. No hourly rates. No escalation clauses.
Once you're ready to proceed, I send a mutual NDA and a simple engagement agreement. On signing, I collect a 50% deposit and send you a structured intake form. The form asks about your platforms, your data practices, your vendor list, and your current policies — the information I need to begin the assessment efficiently.
